Assigning permissions to the Start/Stop App Registration.

Inside your newly created App Registration, select the API permissions tab, and add the following permissions.

• Azure Service Management ( user_impersonation )

• Microsoft Graph ( User.Read )

• Power BI Service ( Capacity.ReadWrite.All )
