Branding your Portal

Set up your BI Portal's appearance by customizing the logo, login page, and primary color to reflect your company's brand. This ensures a consistent and professional look across the portal, enhancing your user experience and maintaining brand identity.

Preferred Image Size: 1400px x 1080px @ 72 DPI Maximum size of 1MB.

Where to find Branding

Head to the top-right corner of your portal and click on your profile icon. From the drop-down menu, under Preferences select Branding.

What you can brand

Here, you can adjust several branding elements:

  • Logo Text: Update the text that appears in the top-left corner of your portal.

  • App Logo: Change the logo that will appear on the login page.

  • Login Background Image: Choose an image that will be displayed on your login page.

  • Primary Color: Select a color scheme for your portal.

  • Login Page Type: Choose between a basic login page or a cover photo login page for a branded experience.

Once you’ve finished setting up your branding, click Save.
